Today on the blog, I’m sharing Rachel and John’s warm and sunny Waco engagement session. These two officially tie the knot tomorrow, and I cannot wait!
I met Rachel and John through Rachel’s older sister in College Station. It took about 5 seconds to feel like friends when I met up with them and I’m thankful for that. Rachel and John are both kind, welcoming, curious, and easy going. I can’t wait to tell you more about them on their wedding day blog!
For Rachel and John’s session, we started at a lovely vineyard just outside of Waco. These two were naturals in front of the camera, which made for some really sweet moments (see below!). Once we wrapped up at the vineyard, we ended our time together at the home of Rachel’s parents. I wish you could see their property, and the inside of their home, in real life because I was just in awe. Debbe and Russell’s (Rachel’s parents) property was the perfect place to include their special session guest, Annie, their beautiful Golden Retriever. It’s always so fun when couples include their children! ; )
Overall, this was the perfect day to shoot. It was bright, beautiful, warm, and so sunny, and Rachel and John are just fun people to hang out with.
Congrats on your engagement and officially tying the knot tomorrow, Rachel and John. I am so excited to celebrate you alongside your people!

Some of these images were taken while second shooting with other photographers. If I am unavailable for your day, I would be more than happy to send you to one of these trusted photographer friends of mine.
